| The Grand Theatre - Lancaster | ||

TUCKED away down a city centre street is a building not only significant to
Lancaster's history but also to the nation's cultural heritage. The Grand Theatre in St Leonardgate is the third oldest theatre in the country that has been used continuously as a place of entertainment since 1782, it has seen many acts pass through its doors and many owners come and go. Amongst the many spirits reported, actress Sarah Siddons is said to still resides at the Lancaster Grand Theatre. Seen drifting across the auditorium, She has also been seen sitting quietly in the back of the stalls. The lights are down and the curtain is up, but will the performance be a success on the night? |

Gaol’s resident paranormal team), for the second ever overnight event in the
very haunted Midland Hotel. After having an event there around Halloween last year the team have just been desperate to get back in and carry on from where they left off. The event includes a main course meal, vigils, séances, table tipping and paranormal investigations in the Hotel Cellars, Winery, Queen Victoria's Bedroom & The Haunted Corridors, and finishes with a continental breakfast.
